About Fast File Manager
Fast File Manager ("the App") is a file manager for Android TV and Google TV. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License to Use the App
Vertex Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Your Files and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the files you manage with the App and for keeping backups of anything important. Deleting, moving, replacing or extracting files can't always be undone.
- Only manage files you have the right to access, copy and store. You must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright law.
- Removing a drive, losing power or running out of space during an operation can leave it unfinished. The App reports this and cleans up unfinished copies where it can, but it cannot guarantee recovery.
Permissions
The App needs Android's "All files access" permission to work. You can withdraw it in Android settings at any time; the App then cannot show or change your files.
Future Paid Features
The App is free and has no ads. If optional paid features are offered later, they will be sold through Google Play under Google Play's terms, and features that are free today will stay free.

Intellectual Property
The App, its name, icon and design are owned by Vertex Studio and are protected by law. You keep all rights to your own files. Open-source components are used under their licences, listed in the App under Settings > About > Open-source licences.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the App will be error-free, or work with every TV, drive or file system.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or files, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App or updates at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
